Yoga for weight loss

Have read of many yoga asanas for weight loss.

Some of them are (you can search for these on google/youtube):

- Kapal Bhati pranayam 
Lots of folks are hooked on this. It does have a good effect.
I haven't been able to do this for a longer duration since I have a strained back.
However, I intend to keep on working on this and will update back.

- Dwichakrikasan
This is reverse cycling while lying down. Very good for weight loss.
A minimum of 25 times reverse cycling and 25 times forward cycling (for a couple of months).

- Chakki chalasana (churning the mill)
Apparently this helps a lot in reducing belly fat. Its a pretty simple exercise mimicking the churning of a mill.

- Kati soundarya asana
Works on reducing deposits of fat in hips, waist and stomach
