How much water should one take for weight loss?
Ideally 8 glasses of water is good. However, one should keep track of your urine color. Transparent color is ideal, else you know you are dehydrated.
Should one drink water in the morning after getting up?
Yes, its recommended to drink water as soon as you get up since the body has been dehydrated for the whole night?
Should one drink hot water?
Yes, its recommended. People claim that by drinking hot water for a month (all the time when you are thirsty), will make you lose upto 2KG a month. I am still trying this out and will update :-)
